Refund policy

We have a NO RETURN OR EXCHANGE policy on any of our products.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or a replacement product.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement product, you must submit an inquiry with us within 30 days of the day you were scheduled to receive your order. We require that you provide clear photos of the product so that we can better process your request and prevent problems in the future.

We will notify you once we’ve made a decision on your refund or replacement and let you know if it was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
